I've got the same problem post valve cover replacement and cleaning the bottom of the engine. I suspect the airflow whips around there pretty good making it difficult to pinpoint the source easily. Almost certainly it's due to the oil lines running to and from the turbo itself so we'll figure it out eventually. It's not that the turbo itself is leaking, that's for sure. Keep me posted what you come up with!
